REFORMER/CHAIR/BARRECOMBO DUET CLASS

Reformer & Chair Combo Duet - 2 pp

Reformer & Chair Combo equipment circuit class incorporates timed exercise series from different workout styles to give a modern twist to Pilates combining reformer, jumpboard, chair, mat, bands, weights, balls and rings. This style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, elongate and strengthen muscles. Typically taught in a rigorous athletic style. Barre/Mat Blend & Reformer Duet

Barre/Mat Blend Duet (2 pp)

Barre/Mat Blend class focuses on strengthening core muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, hips, glutes, and abdominals through a series of exercises as well as the use of extra accessories including a stability barre, balls, stretching bands, Pilates circles, and small hand weights. Private Reformer

Luxury private tailored one on one sessions taught by professionally certified instructors to develop individualized goals, timelines, and optimal strategies and program plans unique to each client.

Semi-Private Reformer

Classes of 2 participants maximum are led by professionally certified instructors who will ensure every movement is performed with precision and accuracy.

Virtual Private Pilates Classes & In Home Pilates Privates (client to have equipment)

SCHEDULE

Studio Policies

All Classes & Appointments start on time. If you are running late, please text or call 954-955-5528.

Pilates Grip Socks are required inside the studio. If you don’t have any, you may purchase a pair at the studio.

Personal belongings including shoes, bags, jackets, etc. are to be stored inside a gym locker outside of the Pilates Studio.

All private/semi-private/virtual private packages expire after six months. No refunds issued. Sessions may be rescheduled pending availability.

All Introductory Package expires after 1 month

All Classes and class packs expire after 6 months

No exceptions. No refunds. No credits.

Payment is due prior to class starting
